Grand Theft Auto V | Hype Thread | Soon To Be Updated

From all the previews, this is looking to be SO MUCH better than 4, I'm glad. 

Personally though, I won't do any character switching unless I'm in a position where I absolutely have to. Michael 4 lyfe

To be realistic without being influenced by hype, I'm expecting 8 or 9.

Everything sure does look excellent. It brings San Andreas back, which is the best GTA to date. If it's better than I thought it would be, my personal score could raise to a perfect 10.

I'll be late to the party since I'm skipping the console version and wait for the real game.

most of the images on the front page aren't working for me.

Hyped for this but I'm keeping it conservative after how bad gta 4 burned me, going with a 9. I need my trust regained.

So by that map, Los Santos is probably about the same size or a little larger than all of Liberty City from GTA IV

It looks to be zoomed out pretty far. Plus, Rockstar has stated that this is the largest gameworld they've ever made, and its bigger than GTA4, San Andreas, and Red Dead Redemption combined.

You are arguing against a series that followed a AAA(GTA III) with AAA(GTA Vice City) with AAA(GTA San Andreas with AAAA(GTA IV)

You are arguing against a game that looks as unbelievable as GTA V

I may not have interest in GTA (so don't ask why I'm here, but I do honor GTA for what it's done for gaming) but since discussion of hyped games can get interesting in the long run, it's going to be AAA.
